AEROYOGA FOR THE FAMILY

The Aeroyoga is inspired by modern techniques such as Pilates, contemporary dance, the Alexander method or holistic gymnastics and in creative yoga, in a few words, it is the application of all these disciplines in the weightlessness method.
This new technique is more than just fitness, yoga or pilates on a swing, by practicing it, this can help you increase the quality of life thanks to qualitatively developing not only the physical abilities, but also the mental and emotional ones, being able to increase agility , memory and self-esteem.
In the Aeroyoga, 3 different methods are practiced:
1. Yoga Aero. Holistic
2. Aeropilates. Technical.
3. Aerial Fitnees. Aerobic

A class of Aeroyoga lasts about 60 minutes, this is enough since in weightlessness all aspects are enhanced, physical, mental, respiratory, emotional, creative, etc. During the 60 minutes of class, breathing and postural correction are the protagonists.
Classes always end with a position in which the student is lying down and comfortably wrapped in the air, completely in weightlessness with his legs hanging down higher than the body, and thus gets a deep sedation.
There are three levels of intensity in the Aeroyoga, depending on the characteristics of each person.

-Level “0” (Aero Restorative Yoga). Suitable for everyone
At level “0” the body is in contact with the ground and only a part in weightlessness, the objective of this level is full relaxation and letting the body flow effortlessly with the help of the swing, its benefits are drainage, detox, deep relaxation, nutrition in joints, restorative and corrector of the spine.

-Level “1” (Aero Pilates). These are aerial postures near the ground and in contact with the ground, their objectives are tonicity, postural correction, postural reeducation, flexibility of the spine, muscle definition and deep relaxation.

-Level “2” (Acrobatic Aerial Yoga). This level is the most physically demanding, the body works totally in the air, where the student can perform acrobatic postures that stimulate his mind, body and imagination.
Among the main benefits of practicing this technique are the following.
