Nopal is a plant that is part of our national culture and has been present in Mexican cuisine for centuries. Recently, it has been highlighted worldwide due its therapeutic and alimentary properties.

Nopal is high in calcium and potassium, vitamins, is low in sodium and calories and has a significant content of natural fiber (soluble and insoluble).

Our nopal cultivation is certified as organic and it is audited annually by the international company BioagriCert. It is also registered with the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) as an organic product.
