In case of requesting the exercise of the right of: (a) Rectification, must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that accredits and supports the request; And (b) Access, ENVASADORA AGUIDA will provide Personal Data via e-mail and / or by appointment in corporate offices, at the option of ENVASADORA AGUIDA.

In a maximum period of 20 business days from the acknowledgment of receipt of the Request, the request must be attended to and informed of the origin or improperity of the request by a notice sent to the email provided to receive the notification.

In case of application, ENVASADORA AGUIDA must make it effective within the following 15 working days, counted from the receipt by electronic mail of the origin of your request.

All documentation must be sent in PDF format, legible and complete, so that ENVASADORA AGUIDA can answer the request.

If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been injured by ENVASADORA AGUIDA or presumes that in the treatment of your personal data there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the Law, you may file your complaint or complaint to the Federal Office Of Access to Information and Data Protection, IFAI (www.ifai.gob.mx), within 15 days after the date on which it receives the response of ENVASADORA AGUIDA or after the expiration of the period of 20 days counted from the date of acknowledgment of receipt of the Request for the exercise of rights.
