We continue on the dates where it is very difficult to maintain a 100% healthy diet; however, there are several options to prepare seasonal foods in a healthier way.
Today we will share the recipe for a healthy kings rosé with chef Abascal.
Ingredients for 12 people
- One and a half tablespoons of dry yeast
- Five and a half cups of wholemeal flour
- Half a cup of warm water
- Half a cup of Splenda granulated sugar substitute
- A teaspoon of orange zest
- A teaspoon of lemon zest
- A spoonful of vanilla extract
- Half a cup of milk
- Three eggs
- Three buds
- 150 grams of butter
For decoration:
- A cup of dried fruits cut to taste
- A lightly beaten egg
- Substitute of granulated sugar to taste
Preparation:
- Combine the yeast with three tablespoons of flour and water, let it sit for 15 minutes or until it is frothy.
- Place the yeast base in a blender with a hook to knead and add the sugar substitute, the scratches, the vanilla extract and the milk.
- Knead and gradually add the rest of the wholemeal flour. When all the ingredients are integrated, add the eggs and the yolks.
- Continue mixing for approximately 10 minutes, until you have a smooth dough. Add butter and knead until incorporated.
- Empty the dough in a bowl and let it stand for three hours or a night in refrigeration
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Knead lightly and form a thread on a baking sheet. Allow the thread to grow for 40 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
- Garnish with the egg and decorate with the dried fruits and sugar substitute.
- Put it in the oven and leave it there until it is golden brown.
- Take it out of the oven and place it in a clean tray to put it in the center of the table, so that your guests can taste it without guilt or remorse. You can accompany it with a cup of low-calorie chocolate or coffee.
