Ingredients
- 250 g of cactus cut into pieces
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 40 g of butter
- 250 g of cream
- 4 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 chopped onion
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat add the water along with the chicken broth, nopales, onion and butter. Cook for 20 minutes until the nopales are very well cooked. Remove from heat and reserve.
- Put the spinach in the blender together with the previous preparation, the cream and half of the cilantro. Blend perfectly and return to the fire for about five minutes.
- Serve and garnish with a little onion and remaining cilantro.Believe it or not, it is very easy to do, it will only take 20 minutes.
