We like this recipe a lot because it makes you feel like you are on a tropical island vacation. It is a super creamy and sweet smoothie, which we are sure you will love. We will obtain this creaminess thanks to the fact that we will use as a base the banana that will give it the perfect texture.
This shake has many nutrients and properties: vitamin C, vitamin B-6, vitamin A (which we find in mango) and potassium (banana) perfect to care for our body.
To get a very sweet natural mango smoothie (without adding sugar), the trick is to use ripe fruit, which although sometimes does not look so nice, will provide the natural sugars needed for our recipe, and it is also cheaper!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mango cut into cubes.
- 1 banana / medium banana
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 2 ice cubes
Process
Step 1: Introduce the ingredients in a blender, and beat them.
Step 2: Once mixed, add the ice.
Step 3: Mix everything until you get a homogeneous and smooth texture.
Step 4: Pour the result into glasses or jars of glass and enjoy!
