Ingredients
● 1 1/2 cooked beets, peeled and cut into pieces
● 1 clove of chopped garlic
● 1/2 finely chopped onion
● 1 stalk of celery cut into cubes
● 1 cup of chicken broth
● 1 cup of milk
● 1 cup of cream
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Vegetable oil
Preparation
1. In a saucepan heat 1 teaspoon of oil, add the garlic and onion, fry until the garlic begins to brown.
