NOPAL AND CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

Start the day with a cactus and cucumber smoothie, filled with fresh nopales, cucumber, mint and lightly sweetened orange juice. This smoothie will keep you energized all day. It’s delicious!
Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced nopales or a Rancho Natura cactus juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup of ice

 

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Cut the nopales and freeze them in 1-cup plastic bags to use during the week in your smoothies.
