Do not be afraid of the cactus, believe me that it is not slimy and best of all, you do not have to cook it to remove the slime before blending it, so you can be enjoying this rich smoothie in less than 5 minutes.
The secret to removing the drool or mucilage from the cactus is to liquefy and liquefy, for longer than you would normally leave it. It is what causes the drool to be eliminated.
I added parsley to make it even healthier, it’s optional but believe me you don’t know much (you only feel the taste of parsley at the end).
