INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g of tortilla dough or bean tlacoyos
  • 150 g of fresh green beans
  • 2 fresh medium nopales
  • 2 guajillo tomatoes
  • ¼ fresh onion
  • 1 fresh green chili
  • ¼ bunch of cilantro
  • 100 g of fresh cheese

PREPARATION


1- Cook the beans with salt until they are soft. Apply them to obtain a paste.
2- Softens the dough for the tlacoyos. Form pellets, fill with a little bean paste and pass them to the comal.
3- Assemble, chop the nopales in squares and let them boil for 10 minutes. Discard the water and let it cool.
4- Chop the tomato, onion, chili and cilantro, add the nopales and season.
5- Before serving, heat a tlacoyo, cover it with cactus salad and sprinkle with cheese.
