The whole month seems like a countdown towards spring and nature is already timidly awakening around us. Winter fruits and vegetables coexist with the first fruits of the season that brings good weather.

Fruits

  • In optimal season: avocado, lemon, strawberries, mango, apple, orange, papaya, pear, pineapple, banana, grapefruit, tamarillo, tomato raf.
  • In good season: date, kiwi, medlar.

Vegetables and vegetables
