SMOOTHIES WITH CIRCUMUM: ENERGY FOR THE WHOLE DAY

1- Smoothie cactus, pineapple and turmeric

Ingredients:
● 1 glass of organic cactus juice with Rancho Natura pineapple
● ½ glass of almond milk
● ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
● 1 pinch of black pepper
● 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

 

 

2- Beet, orange and turmeric smoothie

Ingredients:
● 1 glass of Organic Beet Juice with nopal and orange Rancho Natura
● 1 apple
● 1 slice of ginger
● ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
● 1 more orange (or to taste)

 

 

3- Orange, mango and turmeric smoothie

Ingredients:
● 1 glass of organic cactus juice with orange Rancho Natura
● 8 tablespoons of cold coconut water
● 2 mangoes peeled and cut into cubes
● 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
● 2 cm ginger, very finely chopped

How to prepare them?
1- Mix all the ingredients in the blender until you obtain a homogeneous smoothie and no pieces of vegetables.
2- Serve freshly made. You can add ice cubes to taste.
