LEMON CHICKEN AN EASY TO PREPARE DISH

Chicken breast is a low fat protein. It has a mild flavor that adapts to any seasoning. In this recipe, lemon juice is key to spice up breasts. Serve this recipe on a bed of green vegetables.

Ingredients

·1 medium onion cut Julian style
·1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
·1 green and red paprika cut into strips
·1 carrot cut Julian style
·4 tablespoons butter
·4 crushed garlic cloves
·2 large breasts without skin and bone
·1 lemon, the juice
· salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

·Cut the breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper to taste and lime juice. Let them stand.
·In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the crushed garlic in two tablespoons of butter, when the butter melts, add the vegetables and sauté them. Reduce heat and cover. Remove them when the vegetables are tender.
·In another skillet over moderate heat melt the remaining butter and skip the breasts.
·Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
·When golden brown, add the lemon juice
·Uncover them and let the juices dry while stirring until golden brown. Add the breasts to the vegetables.
